Theme: The meaning of love

What is the meaning of love to you? I want you to try and show me what love means to you through your artworks, how you see it. It can be family love, pets, friends, or between a couple, that feeling you get when you meet the right person. Anything you can think of. Be creative!

Rules:

♥Everyone can enter!

♥All mediums are welcome (Digital, Traditional art, Photography, Literature, Artisan Crafts... anything!)

♥If stock is used please credit who you got it from in the artists description

♥Please no stealing, must be your original artwork

♥Artworks must be new, made especially for this contest

♥Only one artwork per person

♥Most important rule – have fun!

Judging:

The first part of judging will be done by me *H3llzAng3l, so it may take some time to look through all entries once the contest is finished but I will keep you updated. Artworks will be judged on creativity, concept, emotion and originality. 10 artworks will be chosen by me then put into a poll for a public vote, from there 3 winners will be chosen!

  What is Love?The way I see it, love is a fear.
It's mistrust and trust all in one, an escape in which to fling yourself upon the one who was trying to catch you in a daring attempt to be free.
Love is heartfelt devotion, yet a quiet distance.  The staring from afar at the one you admire can often be considered love, though the love I see is passionate and wild and contained and meaningful all at once.  It's empty and thoughtless, careful and just, and never passes a moment in which it is forgotten.

We all come to believe breath is necessary for life
That it is to be kept, setting our path of life
Yet it is our beginning, our gateway
To start a life that you can not control

Yet it is only a simple tool we use to stay where we are
But to really live life we must give it away
For me, it is all his
The pounding in my chest never stops

You see? Life is not the mere breath you take

With one look,
my heart stopped,
and then started again.
Kinda like a generator.

It happened for days,
then a week,
and eventually,
forever.

Hazel,
blue,
green,
and amber are pretty,
but I've looked though them all;
never really seeing them.

True and pure feelings are hard to determine,
but with a little faith and persistence,
I might be able to actually look at a person and think;
here they are.

For now though,
I have no choice but to succumb to
passing glances and chances.

and decided to love everyone The Diversity of LoveTo me love has always been a strange word and sensation. How can you truly know what love is and if we see people who experience it how do we know they truly have love. I personally have seen many types of love, love of siblings, love of kids and parents, love of a spouse of the same or opposite gender, love between multiple spouses, and the love of friendship.

Honestly I believe they all can and do exist, however society seems to believe that some of these are wrong. I know I've never really KNOWN what love is or what the meaning of it is, but I do know that people believe in it.
